When you need to stabilize or make a fabric thicker, HTC Retail’s Flex Form All-Purpose, #1010-1, is ideal because of its wide range of applications. It can be used for a variety of cotton quilting, craft, and sewing projects. Unlike nonfusible wovens, it does not wrinkle or bubble during use.

This fusible woven interfacing is made of 100% cotton and is recommended for use with midweight sportswear fabrics such as cotton, poplin, linen, flannel, duck, double knits, and gabardine.

It comes in white or black in a 22-inch width. It can be machine washed warm on the delicate cycle and tumble dried on low. It can be pressed with a cool iron if necessary. It also is safe to be dry-cleaned.
